Eagle Valley Lodge Reservation Form
Please fill out or complete the online form below to start the reservation process. Terms and conditions are listed on the Accommodations page and below this booking form. Please take a moment to look them over so that you are aware of the booking requirements. If you have any questions about the Lodge or our services, please send your comments/questions along with this online reservation. Please note that completing the form does not guarantee your booking. We will let you know if your dates are available and a deposit will be required at that time to reserve your spot.

Terms and Conditions of Rental
- Deposit will be required by credit card at time of booking & will be deducted from full balance
- full payment is required 14 days before arrival
- cancellation must be prior to 30 days of arrival. A fee of 50% of total unit charges will be applied to your credit card if canceled 15 to 30 before arrival date, cancellations less than 15 days will be charged the full unit charges, applied to your credit card.
- taxes and cleaning fees will be applied to the full payment
- No smoking in units (designated smoking area is near back deck)
- No pets on property or units
- No illegal drugs or activities
- All damages will be applied to the credit card on file
- Only one payment per unit will be processed. EVL will no longer take individual payments per person when renting the entire unit
- Check in time is between 3-5 pm
- Check out time is 11 am
- All late arrivals must pay a late arrival fee and must notify us two days before checking in
A deposit will be required at time of reservation & will be deducted from full balance.
Payments accepted via E-transfer or Credit Card.
Units are non-smoking (designated smoking area outside) and no pets.
