Eagle Valley Lodge
We offer unique accommodations during winter months with all the comforts of home and much more. There is plenty of space to enjoy your time with family or friends. Eagle Valley Lodge is in the heart of the Okanagan Valley where you can spend time in the mountains hiking, sledding and skiing.
Minimum 3-night stay
Lodge rate per night: $899.00 for up to 15 guests (If more, please inquire at office)
Cleaning fee: $400.00
Premium Group Accommodations
Open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, living room, games room, poker table, pool table, 2 fireplaces, 2 plasma TV’s, 5 1/2 bathrooms and most bedrooms have queen beds. Drying room, full laundry.
Check in 3-5 pm and check out 11 am – Late arrival can be arranged with notice and fee of $50.00
Airport pickup fees: $ 180.00 (up to 3 guest) or $200.00 (for 4 guests) – Payable in Advance

Sled Rentals and Guiding
Eagle Valley Lodge is working with a company this year and can arrange for all sled rentals and or a Guide
Guiding
1-4 person Guide Fee – $600.00 / +plus $50 per person (max of 6)
Sled Rental
2021 Ski-Doo Summit X Expert 165” / 3” w/shot
$400 per day / plus fuel and oil (must use XPS oil provided by CKMP $16.50 per litre
Insurance available at $40 per day covers damages over $2500.00
Damages @ Shop rate of $110.00 per hour

Terms and Conditions of Rental
- Deposit will be required by credit card at time of booking & will be deducted from full balance
- full payment is required 14 days before arrival
- cancellation must be prior to 30 days of arrival. A fee of 50% of total unit charges will be applied to your credit card if canceled 15 to 30 before arrival date, cancellations less than 15 days will be charged the full unit charges, applied to your credit card.
- taxes and cleaning fees will be applied to the full payment
- No smoking in units (designated smoking area is near back deck)
- No pets on property or units
- No illegal drugs or activities
- All damages will be applied to the credit card on file
- Only one payment per unit will be processed. EVL will no longer take individual payments per person when renting the entire unit
- Check in time is between 3-5 pm
- Check out time is 11 am
- All late arrivals must pay a late arrival fee and must notify us two days before checking in
A deposit will be required at time of reservation & will be deducted from full balance.
Payments accepted via E-transfer or Credit Card.
Units are non-smoking (designated smoking area outside) and no pets.
